The perception of Men on Life and Love is totally the opposite of the perception of Women towards Life and Love. At times this often trigger disagreements which lead to arguments and worst ending in separate ways. The rate of filing is getting higher every year. Yet these triggers me to think about the auspicious date that chosen for the special date, does it has effect to help maintain that precious commitment? If that is so then how come the filing rate is getting higher yet people pay hundreds to thousands just to meet the Sensei to obtain such dates?

I do think the Men and Women themselves need to balance up in order to maintain great commitment. A fair amount of commitment will maintain a great relationship.

No one in this earth is perfect, it’s just like a lottery it’s either you strike the one or you don’t at all. It’s just pure luck!

I choose fluorescent orange ribbon to wrap around it and ending it with a rose. So that is how my tittle of this post comes around – Roses on pens.

My husband was fascinated with it too. Luckily he always like my handicraft.

Their Hen’s Package is really worth the cents! Their packages consist of: 6 Tapas, 2 Pizzas, 2 bottle Sangria Rose, 1 bottle of Moet, 1 Blowjob cocktail, 1 cake. They even gave me a present, contains all the stuff I will use on our wedding night~ *Grin*

It is definitely a night to remember~!! Enjoyed well with my hens. Then following with a great dance and drunk at Phuture! HAha…absolutely a night to remember for my whole life! I will never forgot bout this wonderful night! Way to go!!!!

Then we went to  the printing shop to select our card. Upon arriving the shop, the was only 1 file to select the cards. So we actually sat there and flipped the file several times to finalize our choice. Hubby at first suggested to take the card with dragon and phoenix but I didn’t want it too be so traditional and I prefer something simple and elegant. So we finally chosen one of the pattern. They will email us the sample before confirming to print. Will need to wait for a week for it. Then we went back home to prepare to watch Harry Potter part 1 of the finale episode.

The show was a good one as I am their fans. I enjoyed well but hubby said it’s a bit boring and draggy.

Then has a great yum cha session with Mr. & Mrs. Kon. Gave Ee Mun a dress I bought for her as being my flower girl to manage my dress trail during dinner march in session. She was delighted with it. Am so happy she likes it, was worried she don’t like it. Then the next thing is to worry if she can fit in. Will ask her tomorrow when we meet up with her during Jeniffer’s new shop opening ceremony.

Another busy day ahead tomorrow. Buy dress for MIL, select gold for MIL to buy for us, meeting emcee, meeting catering in charge, then finally dinner with dad as a replacement celebration for his birthday on Friday then await for the next day busy day again.

Tiring trip!!!!! But I do have fun preparing for things!

I still have 90pieces more to sew and yet I did not bring any with me and left every material back at home. Was so lazy thinking I will be tired travelling to and fro from work everyday. Next week I won’t have time to sew too as my time is fully occupied with preparation needed to be done. Will need to meet up with my emcee to discuss bout the dinner event. Then will need to hunt down every tiny little things needed on the wedding like stickers, bath tub, potty, etc…

I am so stressful~ It’s not exactly 3 months more for me to prepare things as I am working in Singapore so it’s rather far for me to finalize certain things. That is why will need to expedite the whole preparation whereby everything will be finalize by end of December and left January for me to just relax and wait for the BIGgie day to come.

But still guest list are not finalize yet as they are still pending names from my mother list. The rest should be just fine. If worst come to worst if those invited can’t attend we will just cut down the amount of tables.

I have still not decided which room to use during my AD. How to decorate the house and my new room. So many things pending but can only be done by end of January when I will be on leave till the AD.

At the same time now I am missing my hubby so much as he is away on business trip for 10days. No Skype-ing with him. Less talking. Miss him lots.

When once the clock stroke 12midnight, he went down and surprisingly brought me a plate filled with cupcakes!

Then the following evening, once hubby off work he rushed and picked me up to go to have dinner at Jagoya Japanese Buffet, Starhill. Once we reached there we quickly grabbed things to eat, I was so hungry despite had light lunch with mother at Petaling Street. Had her favourite curry laksa near the wet market area.

Then our meals begun with sashimi~~

After such heavy dinner, we made our move towards Sunway Pyramid to meet up with Ee Mun and Jin Han. At the same time my hubby wanna give something special to me~~

Then we went to Frames to meet up with the rest.

Ee Mun bought me a birthday gift and it turned out to be this lovely gift! A pair of champagne glass from Lovely Lace that I wanted to buy so much but hubby don’t allow! So I told her I love it lots and this is the other best birthday gift for the night!!

After that, we said our goodbyes~ As for us, we went to watch Piranha!! Was quite a good movie but once again due to business matter, there wasn’t any ending for it. So will need to wait for Piranha 2….

Was exhausted with such great celebration so ended up fast asleep after a good shower.

As for today, hubby is going to bring me to Castell Restaurant to have dinner at 1900hrs. So let see how was tonight! Candlelight dinner. Woohhooo..can’t wait for it.

d by one of the stop to have our breakfast. Was a delicious one. At the same time we were feeling sleepy. I actually slept while hubby was driving, feeling guilty I offered to drive, so he could rest. But he insist to drive, such gentleman of mine. Then I kept on talking to him throughout the rest of the journey till we arrive Butterworth to meet hubby’s friend. We had drinks at Coffeebean and chat for a little while before we continue our journey again. Hubby decided to drive through the bridge when entering Penang Island and will take the ferry when exiting the island tomorrow. So I said anything he decide I will just follow.  While driving across the bridge, I took some photos. Its been like so many years ever since I last been there.

Was so excited to be on this trip with my hubby. The next on our itinerary was to have lunch!! Went to the area near our hotel, Sunway Hotel to have the delicious lobak and char keow teow as hubby’s friend also introduced us to go there.

This was the delicious lor bak that we enjoyed. The prawn was so fresh, juicy and crispy. Then next stop just a few shop lots away, the char keow teow whereby we actually waited for like 45minutes due to a lot of customers.

The taste wasn’t as good as we thought, probably due to lots of customers. The noodles were mixed well but a bit tasteless. The prawn was fresh and huge. It was fried using charcoals.

Then we went to check in at Sunway Hotel. Rest for an hour or so and continue our itinerary whereby we stopped at the Kek Lok Si Temple.

Then hubby wants to buy souvenirs from the shop below, so we took their train down to the bottom of the temple to walk to the shops. Then we got lost forgotten where was the exit to the way to go to the shops. So we went back up and drove to the bottom and walk from the bottom and bought lots of biscuits and dried fruits for both our parents. On the way down we saw this really cute t-shirts and we bought as a couple t-shirt.

Then we went to visit the Hard Rock Hotel, wasn’t so fascinated by it when we reach there. Luckily we didn’t book our room there. After that, visited Ferringhi Beach for a while and bought a beach dress as I long for it for quite sometime. Was so tired and decided to make a move to our dinner spot near there. We had the delicious Tong Hoon Crab Noodle, indeed the crab was fresh and juicy. We enjoyed our meal well. Beside that we ordered a plate of vegetable, a plate of fried squid (where hubby loves it so much) and a plate of guinness chicken. Was so filling.

Then we went to drive around Gurney Drive, didn’t stop by to walk or have a drink as it was so crowded and of course traffic jam! So we decided to go back to our hotel instead as hubby said bottom of our hotel will have streets of hawker stalls. We rested a while and went down for supper. Had Asam Laksa, Fried oyster, chicken wing, and a huge curry puff! The street were crowded too! So many people having supper and also so many tourists like us~

Thats the day at Penang Island, the next day we exited with the ferry. It’s my first time on the ferry. As I mentioned before it was many years ago since the last time dad brought me to Penang, we only took the bridge never the ferry. So was all excited to travel by the ferry.

Then we went to Ipoh to have lunch. We went to Lou Wong shop to have their famous chicken and sprouts with noodles. Then we too bought some souvenirs there as Lou Wong have its own confectionery shop and they gave us a 10% discount voucher. Hubby bought the salted chicken for family. I just bought some biscuits for my family.  Then on our way heading towards to exit to KL, we were talking about the cave temple and coincidence we saw it on the way, so we stopped by and have a look at it since we were here already.

Hubby invited me to climb the staircase up to the top of the temple. It was rather a steep staircase….its so tiring. I am so out of stamina!! And rather scary to go back down too. At the top it was empty and there is this staircase leading to somewhere but we didn’t manage to go as it’s real dark and locked.

Then we quickly head home to collect our Pre-Wedding Album from our bridal shop as they rang while we were at Penang.

When we reached there everything was ready except for the MTV cd. So hubby rang up his dad to drove his car out to help us bring the things home as our car was occupied with souvenirs!! Unfortunately there were some errors, the slide show CD song wasn’t the one we chosen so they will amend it for us. Then the ji mui photos was printed wrongly for one of the pose. So they will reprint for us. And we gave them back the error ones, then the lady boss was there and said nevermind we can keep it as free since they have no use with it. Then they apologize for the mistakes and I too apologize for the miscommunication and trouble for them to amend. Since they are so nice, I think I shouldn’t demand or complain why there were errors. Human being make errors and since they were willing to amend it for us, I see no point to make a fuss. Was delighted with the album…and kept it properly in the album bag they gave us. Another 5 months more, hope it doesn’t rot by then…haha must put humidifier in it too, to keep it dry and not moist.

I have another 90 pieces of wedding favors to make, looking back at my hard work I felt so grateful but at the same time worrying if my guest will ever appreciate my hard work I have put into it. Hubby suggested to put each favors on the table, but my mother said it will be a waste as some seats maybe occupied by children or male whom will not want it. So decided to give it as a entrance gift to those whom want to have it.

Then I have my appointment with my tailor to make my cheongsam. Am still in doubt whether will the new gowns that my bridal shop ordered will be suitable for me? Shall I tailor make the gowns by myself? Which of course it will add on extra expenditure as there already are some unnecessary spending. Hubby allows me to get the evening gown that we are fond of. But I am still in doubt whether to proceed with the idea or just obtain from the bridal shop. Headache, as one thought want to look nice on my wedding day, the other thought wants to save money for our honeymoon. *siiiigghhhh*

Then comes to guest list, still have not finalize yet, this will be the most headache part. Hubby said will finalize on October as we need to select the invitation card on November, so by end of December we will be able to obtain the card and give out to the guests by January and get RSVP before February. Tough job~ Then upon finalizing the guest list we need to draft out the seating map, guest list.

Luckily the hunting of photographer, videographer, make up artist, decorator and emcee were done earlier of the year, if not another headache.

But then I do not think those are the major ones, guest list plus seating map are the huge major messy thing to be settle. Hubby’s side will be done by his family side but I am in doubt whether to just let alone them to do everything, it’s my wedding so of course I want everything to be smooth and not in disaster. I want my hubby’s friends tables to be near us, as it’s our wedding.

Then the small little things for Gou Da Lai and etc has not been buy completely…headache~~ so far only bought bed sheet, quilt cover, pillow, tea set, double happiness lamp, stickers…..still haven’t buy my bowl set, new set of sleep wear, hair combing ceremony set, happiness logo sticker and etc….so much to do yet so little time and so far away!!

Headache headache~~~ And it is only 172 days away~~ what if it gets nearer and nearer…will I get stress breakdown?? I don’t want to get pimples~~ haha…Will strive harder! Will do it as early as possible! Ganbantte!!!!

Bad luck See Mun’s flight was postpone to evening so she arrived late around 2045hrs yesterday. I went out to the town early as I wanted to go to the Coach Sales Isetan was having. Upon arrival not much design was left but I was able to get one small purse not the colour that I was planning to get but then the colour look great too. Then my sister rang and asked me how to get to Shaw House, so I taught her as she said she will be watching Inception at Lido, so she is taking  a cab to come to meet up with me when I mentioned I am at Isetan. So we had little snack at one of the Japanese restaurant for dinner as they only have 40minutes before their movie starts. So we planned to meet up again after their movie. Then See Mun arrived, just nice at the right moment. When I met up with her at Orchard station we went to get a snack for her. Then we quickly walked to Uniqlo. In time to buy 3 t-shirts. Then we walked to Cotton On but didn’t manage to get anything. So then we went to TCC 24 hour shop to have supper while awaiting for my sister to finish her movie at 2230hr. She had salmon sandwich and I had banana chocolate parfait which both were equally tasty. Then we chat and viewed the album that my hubby and I printed via PhotoBook Malaysia. Finally around 2245hr my sister arrived. We changed to a more spacious seat and continue chatting and have drinks. At around 0200hr, we depart home. It was great time chatting with 2 sisters after all it such difficult to meet up since our working schedule are totally different. Then upon arriving home, we quickly washed up and prepare to sleep, as we have scheduled our next day journey early.

The next day, I woke up around 0700hr, couldn’t really slept well the whole night. Then See Mun woke up around 0900hr. So we quickly washed up and prepare for our shopping day to commence!

We went to Somerset 313 to visit the other Uniqlo branch for a t-shirt that she was seeking for her friend. Then we walked around Forever21 and a few shops there. Finally, Uniqlo opens around 1100hr, we shopped in there for 45minutes. I bought a pair of t-shirt as its on sale for $9.90 each, I chose dark purple for my hubby and light purple for me. Other than that, I am not to fond with their anime and other designs. See Mun bought a pair for her and her boy too. Then we made our move to Orchard, we stopped by Cotton On, guess we shopped there for another 45minutes. I bought 2 dresses plus 1 buttonless cardigan. One of the dress I wanted to buy the previous time I saw it but it’s just not worth the price, so this time it’s on sales which cost $5 only. Then the other dress was kind of expensive but worth it cost $20. It’s pretty gorgeous, something that I wanted to buy. See Mun bought a few bras and 2 dresses too. I bought their bag to filled up all the stuff we bought. So it’s easier for her to bring back home. Then we walked to Isetan but she doesn’t fond of it as the price is expensive and too fancy patterns. Then we made our move to Far East Plaza as I remembered there are shops that she might find something she likes. So she bought dresses.  It was amazingly cheap too.

Then I went into this tailor shop that specially made gowns. I saw this pink gown that one of the Malaysia Bride Forum member selling at RM260, so I surveyed for the price they are selling which gave me a great shock! SGD460!!!! Oh my my! Definitely very expensive! We walked around a little while more. Then we moved to Bugis Street instead. At Bugis we didn’t find any nice dresses. But she managed to buy few earrings that she was planning to get. Then we have dinner at Ajisen before she make her move towards the airport. As for me, I made my move back home, a real tiring day. But am glad with out results. Was thinking of her suggestion of wearing long dress but can only be worn on special occasion whereby I have bought one from the MB member for my family potrait photo session.

Was delighted with my album! But the USB hub that my hubby bought for me was not compatible with my laptop, so ending it’s a waste. Then was delighted with the shopping since it’s lonely to shop alone. I even told See Mun to help me to hide the bag in my cupboard so my hubby won’t notice it. Then when I return by end of August, I will bring it out and show it to him! Such a great surprise!

Am beginning to feel home sick already…..
