Today is the day we celebrate “Tung”. Mum cooked a big feast for everyone. Brother came back from Singapore out of a sudden. Then we invited Yoke sis and husband with Chai Ween bro.
I have made the “tong yuen”(Glutinous ball) all by myself. Last year, I made with my sister. I missed her so much! Making this alone made me think of her so much. Mei, come back fast to visit us. I am so bored without someone like you for me to disturb.
Then Chai Ween bro helped mum to nail up those photo frame in the hall.
That’s the end of the dinner. Another 3 more hours today will be the next day.

Mom, Becky sis, Kim Fei and I went to 1 Utama to watch the movie The Golden Compass. At the same time I brought along the camera to take photos of their Christmas Decoration. Below is some photo that I have taken. Just want to show my sister how beautiful they have decorated. I am sure if she is still in Malaysia she would have snap some for herself. Anyway I am sure in Sunderland their decoration is much better.
This is taken from right below the stage.
This view is taken from above. Faraway view but at least the whole picture is there.
This is the lighting decoration. Guess what they used to make the flakes, straws!
This one is where the soldiers playing their drum at the same time playing the piano.
This is the other group of soldiers standing above on the piano.
This is the only pathetic left over soldier at right behind the castle. Singing his heart out telling how lonely he is behind! Poor thing.
After tomorrow I will be heading to Singapore to celebrate Christmas there!

This is the full photo of our Christmas tree after adding more decorations on it.
As for the fake presents, wait till my holiday comes then I will buy some Christmas wrappers then I will wrapped some empty boxes and who knows inside there really are present awaiting for someone to pop open!

A chance to conceive is a blessing from God to us women. Through my 1 1/2 years of working in Maternity Ward, I have seen many cases of difficulty in conceiving. Some have been married for 10years and seen a lot of Dr around the states but still unsuccessful. Some cases are so rare where some have 2 uterus or only have one ovary. I felt it is not easy to get conceive. Though men will think that 1 shot and there the miracle happens. Hey MEN! Have you ever think whether is your sperm that strong that in millions of sperms 1 of them will be able to swim all the way up to fertilize the ovum? Or are you sure your lady has an ovum waiting for your sperm? I still believe i is the fate by the God.
Some couples take it as a blessing and accepted it well. Some thinks its a trouble and try to get it of it. Some accidents do happen that’s why condom’s are easily bought in the convenient store. If you don’t trust in condom then any other family planning method will be just fine. I was taught that it is illegal to do abortion and it is also prohibited in our religion except certain cases like if the pregnancy is harmful towards the mother or the foetus no longer grow then removal of the sac can be done. There are times when couples come in with excuses such as “its an accident and this is not the best time to have 1″ then why not be more careful. There are various types of family planning to choose from condom, pill, iucd, implant.
I remembered reading an article whereby abortion is done illegally at clinics. If I am not mistaken its from the Star newspaper. Couples whom are not married. It is sad to hear that. I wonder whether do they feel the guilt in them for doing so. I mean its alive in you, my dear ladies.
Very sad to see cases like this. Worst still mostly are Chinese. Worst of all they are adults whom are working. I am sure they will be manage to get married and have this child. Imagine those that tried their best but chances are not given to them.
